We are meeting and dealing with tenants every day for the past 20 years, and so have a good feel for what your ideal tenant will want from your property. The décor can be as important as the location. Appliances, fixtures and fittings can make a large difference in rental incomes.
Should you choose to allow McLoughlin Barry Estates fit-out your property, we can take an empty unit, paint it, arrange flooring, all appliances and full furnishings. Re-decoration may also require skip hire, garden maintenance and general repairs.
McLoughlin Barry Estates has its own maintenance team for minor problems, painting and decorating. We can arrange tradesmen for more substantial repairs, and will oversee these works.
Repairs and decoration fee – 10% of total cost plus VAT.
